The sweat lodge is shaped like a womb because its all about rebirth, you enter with all your impurities, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. You would connect with the earth, water, fire and air and become one with all your brother and sisters. Spending time in the lodge, you sweat out your impurities and as you leave the womb of the lodge you are reborn once again.
The full moon that we just had was perfect for women to cleanse there bodies of impurities. Purification helps bring you closer to others, cures anger, fear, hatred and blocks to unity.
To remove blocks replace them with positive thoughts and support yourself with an open heart. Let love forgiveness guide your way.
