See Only Love

Intuitively:
We tend to judge everyone including ourselves. Why do we do this, for the reason that we are not coming from a pure heart. We are caught up in society and its views, we are followers, not leaders. If you stop for a minute, put your hands over your heart and just repeat, I love myself and accept everything about me. Say it like you mean it, and actually feel this emotion. At that moment, you are a spiritual being having a human experience. When we are in this place, it is difficult to judge yourself or anyone else. Remember the angels are here to help, ask them if you’re having difficulty with this.
